Portrait
Corìa is a multidisciplinary performance situated between theatre and cinema, drawing on forty years of family audiovisual archives from a small town in Calabria. Through footage spanning three generations, the project revisits everyday gestures, landscapes and rituals, tracing the transformations of a community and its relationship with memory and belonging. Archival images, live music and voice contribute to a fragmented narrative shaped by the discontinuous nature of recollection, in which private memories gradually acquire a collective dimension.
