Misreading Patterns begins with existing sounds: materials already there, slightly shifted, stretched, layered, and reshaped through small acts of fantasy. Familiar sonic patterns are misread, displaced, and reinterpreted until another space begins to appear — echoing the idea that music can start from “the idea of sounds, or the art of sounds.”
